5 Horizons Group’s Inspection Reporting and Correction Resolution service is designed to address and equitably resolve a host of production issues which, if left unresolved, may lead to further problems, delays, and costs.

Our in-depth quality, inspection, and correction services are offered throughout one or more points of production:

  • Pilot Production

  • During-Production

  • Pre-Shipment Inspection

  • 3rd Party Testing

For all of our inspections, our team will provide a complete report, detailing all standards and results.

If, during the course of an inspection, our team determines that the inspected product deviates from the “approval sample” our team will advise both factory and client.

During the Deviation Review, 5 Horizons Group will facilitate communication between our client and the factory to review the issues and recommend the best course of correction.
