  1. Supplier Assessment Report & Audit is the critical first test that any factory must pass for consideration as a ‘recommended supplier’.

    • The S.A.R.A., which is performed by our Asia team, follows a general framework designed after SA8000, but also can be tailored to assess any additional client specific requirements.

    • All critical elements, such as quality systems, technical capabilities, production capacity, social compliance, staff competency, etc., are assessed and a complete report and grade is assigned.

  2. Supplier Analysis Matrix. If a supplier successfully passes the first test, our team focuses next on scoring the supplier(s) on attributes that are more directly related to our client’s product and program.
