  • Submit a copy of your factory Purchase Order to 5 Horizons Group.

  • A 5 Horizons account manager will contact you to review the details of your order, product, and timeline.

  • Throughout the entirety of production, 5 Horizons will maintain communication with your factory and our account manager will provide weekly status reports.

  • If an issue should surface during production, 5 Horizons will contact you and work with the factory to expedite the issue resolution.

  • Before your product ships, 5 Horizons’ Quality Control & Assurance Team will provide our Quality Inspection Services, including an official AQL inspection, to ensure that your product meets your standards for safety, quality, and consistency.

  • Lastly, 5 Horizons’ Global Freight & Logistics Service will handle the scheduling and shipping of your product, customs clearance, and delivery directly to your warehouse. If you have a freight brokerage or forwarding service already, 5 Horizons Group will simply work directly with your current provider.
